The Daydream Catcher started as a table top, but then I kept adding borders and mofre dresden plates using up the batiks from my scrap bag. The pattern gives the materials in yardage, but you can use matching batik scraps to make the quilt as colorful as you like or choose pastel colors if you prefer less vivid and colorful quilts. The pattern containd all templates, you do not need to buy a dresden ruler. After making this quilt you will be hooked on the dreden plates.
